These Terms of Use govern your use of the MlemStick mobile apps on iOS and Android. By using the app you agree to these terms. English is the controlling language.

1. The service

MlemStick lets you create sticker packs from a portrait photo using AI-assisted generation, then save or export stickers (for example to Messages or WhatsApp). Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Credits and purchases

• Creating stickers consumes credits (also called “turns” or “packs” in the UI).
• Additional credits are sold as one-time consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They are not an auto-renewing subscription.
• Prices shown in the app come from Apple or Google and may vary by country and currency.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your credit balance remains associated with your device account in our system.
• Payment, billing, and refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Contact the store for refund requests.
• “Restore purchases” syncs eligible store transactions; it does not re-grant already consumed one-time credit packs.

3. Acceptable use

• You must own or have rights to photos you upload.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the API or credit system.

4. AI-generated content

Stickers are generated by automated systems and may be imperfect, unexpected, or unavailable. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, style match, or uptime. You are responsible for how you use and share generated stickers.

5. Intellectual property

The app, branding, and underlying software are owned by MlemStick or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use stickers you generate for personal, non-commercial sharing. You retain rights in your original photos.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We may suspend access for abuse or legal risk.
